Project Features

Located on the shores of Lake Winnipeg.  This project (and perhaps Edmonton Valley Zoo) are the two most challenging projects in terms of temperature exposure.  Grand Beach is exposed to summer highs of +40C (104F) and winter lows of -40C (-40F) and has the humidity of Lake Winnipeg at its doorstep.  The concrete block in the back of the building failed and had to be replaced but the SIREWALL remains intact.
